Fill out this google form throughout the year to keep track of parent communication for each of your students throughout the year.Simply select the student name from the drop-down menu, how you contacted the parent, and the reason for the communication whether it be abehavior issue/concern, a message of praise, or informing them of missing assignments/grades.  Go to 'responses' at the top to connect these submissions to a Google sheet to easily go back to view past communications for your record
