I have been teaching for the last 4 years. I spent 4 months as a leave replacement in a New York City High School and have spent the last 3 years teaching in New Jersey. I am a Private High School Math teacher and I have taught all grades in Algebra 1 (and Honors), Algebra 2/Trigonometry (and Honors), Precalculus (and High Honors)

Experience

Teaching style

Instilling the style of "Me, We, You" teaching. I introduce the topic to the class with important vocabulary and step, then I perform an example for them to watch. After the initial example, we perform an example together (as a class) before asking the students to complete examples on their own or in pairs (depending on topic).
