Teaching style

Math Project uses proven curriculum and a unique learning model that enriches a student’s understanding of core math concepts. Students are motivated to achieve program’s high targets that helps them adopt the attitude of excellence. Program Features: -Our K-8 curriculum is unique, proven and enriches the US Common Core School Curriculum and Ontario Common Core School Curriculum. -Our programs provide 2.5 hours of instruction time per week; almost twice that of what other math programs have to offer. -Our K-8 students are assessed at their current skill level, not their grade level. -We will teach your children at their correct learning ability. -We provide free online drop-in sessions with our expert teachers, in addition to weekly sessions, for homework help. -Our team keeps a close eye on student’s progress and communicates with parents to ensure students are mastering the concepts. -Our High School Program focuses on helping with immediate problems, such as homework help and test prep while filling in any foundational gaps in their mathematical knowledge. -Parents have flexibility with many classes and days to choose from. -Our low student-to-teacher ratio helps our teachers tend to each student’s specific learning needs and styles. -All our programs can also be offered on a one-on-one basis to suit a student’s availability and learning style. -With homework being assigned to reinforce class lessons, parents can choose how much homework is assigned weekly. -Weekly performance reports are also shared with parents. -Tests and assessments continue throughout their Math Project learning to ensure progress and skill retention. -Students must be committed to attending scheduled sessions and completing homework as assigned in a timely manner to ensure their success in any of our programs.
