These Kudos are a type of raffle ticket. Each class has its own pool, and students can get Kudos for doing something nice, answering a challenging problem, or anything else I appreciate! When a student earns a kudos, I write their name in the blank and put the Kudos slip of paper in the class pool (I use a manila envelop for each of my four different sections).
