Included is a note page, that provides a way for students to remember how to divide decimals. There is a video on youtube to go along with notes page. It also includes a practice page and a partner vs. partner page.

The FDP vocabulary includes the following words: Fraction Improper Fraction Mixed Number Numerator (part) Denominator (whole) Percent Positive Rational Number Strip Diagram Number Line Area Model Benchmark Fraction Benchmark Percent Equivalent It includes a fully filled in vocabulary list, a partially filled in vocabulary list, and one that is not filled in.

These notes will take the students step by step through the process of filling in a tape/strip diagram. Plus I have attached some practice problems. When I taught it this way, my students easily picked up the steps and said it was the easiest thing they have done.

One lesson plan per week is provided to help students start to become self-aware.

This quiz is editable. It states to read the entire paper before beginning and at the end states only to write their name. It is a quiz to see who can follow directions. It does have the kids use their math journal to find area formulas.
