Math Time

Students will graph a set of points to draw a turkey.

This scavenger hunt asks students to rewrite square roots in simplest radical form. Cut the pages in half and place them in alphabetical order around the room.

This worksheet requires students to roll a die to generate a set of data. They then use their data to review mean, median, mode, range, 5-number summary, standard deviation, box plots, and dot plots.

In "I have, who has?" cards are cut out and distributed to students. The first student reads "I have the first card. Who has three more than a number?" The students look to see who has the expression for "three more than a number" and whoever has it reads their card: "I have x + 3. Who has ten less than a number?"
