Teaching style

As a middle school math educator, I believe every student deserves access to grade-level content and the opportunity to be successful. My teaching philosophy centers on meeting students where they are, building their confidence, and providing the scaffolds they need to tackle rigorous mathematical concepts. Having taught in Title I schools, I understand the importance of creating resources that are both accessible and challenging. I am passionate about designing meaningful practice that supports diverse learners while maintaining high expectations. My goal is to help students develop deep conceptual understanding, strengthen problem-solving skills, and build the confidence they need to succeed in math. Every resource in my store is created with real classroom experience in mind and is designed to save teachers time while providing students with engaging, standards-aligned practice that promotes growth and achievement.

My own education history

My educational background includes an Associate of Arts, an Associate of Arts in Teaching, and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Minor in Psychology. In 2021, I earned a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Mathematics Education (Grades 4–8). I also hold an alternative teaching certification. My education and classroom experience have fueled my passion for helping students build confidence and achieve success in mathematics.
