Experience

Welcome! I am so glad you’re here. I’m a busy mom and a passionate educator who has been diving into the world of middle school math since 2013! I know firsthand that the middle school years can be a whirlwind, so I’ve dedicated my career to making math engaging, accessible, and—dare I say—a little bit magical. My mission is to help teachers like you save time while bringing a spark of excitement to every lesson. Whether we’re tackling fractions or functions, let’s add a little pixie dust to the numbers and make math the best part of your students' day!

Teaching style

My goal is to take the "scary" out of middle school math and replace it with a sense of wonder! I believe that students learn best when they are active participants in their own discovery. My teaching style is all about blending rigorous mathematical concepts with hands-on, interactive experiences that make abstract ideas feel concrete. In my store, you’ll find resources designed to foster: Engagement: Gamified activities and creative projects that keep energy high. Clarity: Clear, step-by-step scaffolds that help every learner find their "Aha!" moment. Efficiency: Ready-to-go materials that allow you to focus on your students, not your printer. I love creating a classroom environment where mistakes are celebrated as stepping stones and where every lesson is sprinkled with a little "pixie dust" to keep students curious and motivated!

My own education history

I am a proud graduate of Illinois State University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Middle School Education. My passion for the classroom and my desire to support both students and teachers led me to further my own learning, eventually earning two Master’s degrees: one in Educational Leadership and another in Curriculum and Instruction. These years of advanced study have shaped everything you see in this store. I combine my deep love for the "middle school mind" with a specialized focus on how to design high-quality, effective curriculum that actually works in a real-world classroom. My goal is to provide you with resources that aren't just fun, but are rooted in proven educational leadership and instructional best practices!
