This is a reference sheet for decimal place value and forms. It is a 1/2 page reference sheet that includes the place value chart along with an example of a decimal number written in word, standard, and expanded form (both with decimals and fractions).
There is also a bonus reference sheet with the basic place value chart (3 per page). My students glued it in their journal with a piece of packing tape over the chart so that they could use a dry erase marker to write the digits in each place val
Students solve division word problems where they need to consider the remainder to determine the answer.
There are two levels: one with mostly multi-digit numbers divided by single digit numbers and the other with multi-digit numbers divided by multi-digit numbers. The scenarios in the word problems as well as the answer path are the same for the two levels. There is a colored version and black/white version of each level.

Students write verbal expressions as numerical expressions to complete the maze. Expressions include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division as well as parenthesis. There is a colored version and black/white version with an answer key.
Students read a number written in word form, then determine the place value of a digit three. Place values included are ones, tenths, hundredths, and thousandths.
Students cut, sort, and paste different ways to represent the fractions 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, and 1/5. Representations include a part of a whole, a part of a group, on a number line, and in word form.
There is a colored and black/white version of the student mat and fraction cards.
