As a first year teacher, I would've loved this template!! An easy fillable document where you can add in your need to know information for your subs! I fill in the top part at the beginning of the year, and just edit page 2 each time I need a sub. I've added in tips for things to make sure to include for your sub, just as a guideline. You can erase the tips in the bullets if you don't need them.
