End of the year autograph book/scrapbook.
It is a Word document, so grade and year can be changed. This is a great last day of school activity for students. I created this autograph book, when I saw how many students couldn't afford a yearbook. Instead of students signing each others shirt or body, they can have their friends sign their autograph book. My students use this as a scrapbook as well. I had students print pictures from their phones, pictures they took with their friends throughout the school year. Ex: pictures from the solar
