Have students label their own diagrams to demonstrate SSS, SAS, ASA, AAS, HLReasons that CAN'T be used to prove congruent trianglesMidpoint, perpendicular lines, bisectors (angle and segment)Identifying reflexive sides, vertical angles, and reflexive anglesParallel line scenarios (alternate interior & corresponding) Answer key included with suggestions on how to fill out the diagrams
Covers: discounts, tax, tip, markups, commission, and simple interest. Have students start at any question and record the letter they start at. After they get an answer, they should find it on the top of another page and answer that new question. Students will know they are finished when their answer sheet is full and they are back to their first problem. If they repeat a question too soon or can’t find an answer, then they know they made a mistake. Great self-checking activity!
