Teaching style

I am not sure what my style is as it changes from class too class. Sometimes I am a lecture style teacher, with the whole "I do, we do, you do" mentallity. Other days, or topics, I am a "discover it" teacher, where I have students work through a guided worksheet to discover the topic on their own. I just work as a guide, making sure they aren't straying too far off of the path. And I am really into gamification. I love turing worksheets and practice into games. I find I can get more work out of the students if they think it is a game, more than just a worksheet.
