This is an outline of the research that my students conduct to apply the idea of misleading statistics and graphs. Students have to find their own examples of misleading statistics in the news, advertising, and in a courtroom. I have my students make a PowerPoint to display their project but the final product is up to the buyer. This is an editable assignment on Word and does not include a rubric.

In this interdisciplinary activity, students will learn about the wolf restoration project in Yellowstone National Park.
