I am a high school math educator with 16+ years of experience. I have taught all grade levels 9-12 (I even did a stint in middle school - grades 6 and 8 - for a couple of years), but have taught 10th grade the longest. Awards & shining teacher moments

I have been awarded teacher of the year for my school twice, and went on to be awarded district teacher of the year the second time I received my school level TOY!

My own education history

I graduated Cum Laude from Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and a minor in Business. Now, I am fortunate to get to teach at my high school alma mater!
