Teaching style

I believe it is important to build a rapport with your students. Every student is different and have different things going on in their lives so it is important to understand what they are going through. Math might not be their number one priority in their life and it is my job to help them through their educational journey and grasp math concepts and relate them as much to their lives as possible.

My own education history

I went to University of Delaware to study Marketing and Management Information Systems for my undergrad. I moved on to my graduate degree for secondary education in mathematics with an extension of 5-6th graders. I have received my Gifted and Talented Extension Certificate as well as in the process of receiving my Educational Leadership for Building and District Degree and Certificiates.
