Students cut apart small triangles and then match the sides to form a large parallelogram. Students match two or three numbers with the greatest common factor. One-third of the problems involve three numbers. Numbers needing a GCF are less than 100 except for one. GCF range from six to 28. Two sets of numbers are multiples of the other number.

Each Student is given a card with a fraction, decimal or percent. The objective is for students to arrange themselves in order from -1 to 1. Good transition or warm-up activity. May be used multiple times.

Students cut apart a 4 by 4 square with percents and decimals. By lining up equivalent decimals and percents, they create a new 4 by 4 puzzle. Outer edges are blank, so the puzzle is easier.
