In this task, MYP students will design a floor plan, they will be instructed- In this project you will be creating a poster sized drawing of your dream home (two dimensional). This dream home will include everything and anything you desire. It will also include some of the geometrical shapes and solids we have been studying (which is of course something you desire!!). You will be the architect of this project.
This assessment is based on Criterion A (Level-1-2-3-4) on Algebraic concepts of MYP and Criterion B-C based on investigating patterns on Exploring Seating Patterns in an Amphitheatre. This can be used as a formative or summative assessment.
In this task, Students will do investigation that looks at the way a virus spreads in plants in a field. They will predict the values in the table, describe, generalize, test, verify and justify the formula. This task is divided into three parts.
This word document contains research done on G20 countries (their Happiness Index score-GDP-Corruption perception index) which can be used as Summative assessment based on Statistics including topics- finding average, Upper -lower quartile-IQR, constructing box and whisker plots, scatter plot and writing conclusion whether money buys happiness? Use your representations to support your conclusion. It includes task specific descriptors as well. TASK used in: Criterion-C-D assessment for MYP-3
This product is a structured and well-designed MYP Mathematics assessment focused on investigating patterns related to the area and arc length of quarter circles. It aligns with Criterion B (Investigating Patterns) and Criterion C (Communicating) of the IB MYP Mathematics framework. This assessment challenges students to apply mathematical problem-solving techniques, describe patterns, and verify their generalizations, while also effectively communicating their reasoning using mathematical langu

This word document is a research project which can be used as Summative/Formative assessment based on the topic Data Handling in which students will be creating a one-page poster that highlights a particular community issue. The poster must include at least three graphs (bar, circle, and line), a summary and analysis of the graphs, key statistics, trends and predictions that they see, and possible next steps. Complete details is mentioned in the assessment sheet. TASK used in: Criterion-C asse
This word document can be used as Summative/Formative assessment based on the topic Data Handling including topics- finding sector angle, constructing pie-charts, drawing dual bar-chart and writing conclusion on your infographics, what is the relationship between life expectancy and access to safe water? In your opinion, what can be done to improve access to safe water and increase life expectancy in countries with limited access to safe water? Explain your answer. It includes task specific de
This document can be used as Summative/Formative assessment based on the topic Data Handling-Pupils choose the best trip using survey data and then cost it. Key Processes involved • Representing: Simplify the situation, summarise unsorted data, and represent data mathematically. • Analysing: Calculate costs accurately. • Interpreting and evaluating: Interpret their tables and deduce the best place for the trip. • Communicating and reflecting: Clearly describe their decision making process

This product contains TRIGONOMETRY assignment along with attached Marking Scheme and ACTIVITY-CLINOMETER with complete description which can be given as Holiday homework IGCSE students.
Very very interesting activity which help your students to practise plotting ordered pair numbers. They will plot ordered pair of numbers on a graph in the order they are listed connecting them with line segments. Attached both activities for plotting in just one quadrant and all four quadrants.
This document contains 65 questions of the topic SEQUENCES, EXPRESSIONS AND FORMULAE which will help in practising the topic as in worksheet form or can be used for assessment by teachers.
Doodling is something about involving in some relaxing activity, where perfection is not the goal. It's a simple, instinctive task. Creating such doodling for IGCSE Math students to show them the complete syllabus as one art-piece.
