I have taught as a Middle School Math Teacher for over 4 years. I've had the opportunity to collaborate with Elementary and High School teachers. I have Geometer's Sketchpad on my personal computer and that's how I made the complex figures worksheet.

Word Document. 6 problems finding the area of complex figures. In order to complete the worksheet students will need to know how to find the area of a Circle, Triangle, and Rectangle. A couple questions ask the student to find the percent of the shaded area in the figure. All figures were created using Geometer's Sketchpad.
