This is a Google Slides presentation on determining whether a point is a solution of a line equation. It includes answers (animated to appear after clicking) and is meant for students to get practice after learning the steps. It includes 23 examples with a total of 39 slides.

I made a set of 5 Anchor Charts for each Math 8 unit. For each unit, I use magnets to replace the previous charts. I will expand this listing as I create more for the remaining units! Currently, 15 anchor charts represent the units: Transformations, Angle Relationships, and Linear Functions.

This presentation was made to give my students practice graphing vertical and horizontal lines. They have already practiced writing the equations in a previous lesson. Now they will be given the equations and asked to graph them. I use this presentation with whiteboards that have axes on them and I have the students hold up their graphs. I made this presentation to review distribution before covering multi-step equations for Math 8. It has a brief introduction, two examples, and 12 practice problems. It includes Spanish and French translations because I have a lot of kids who need the translations this year.
