Experience

Prepare your students for elementary-level math with our rigorous classroom-tested and Common Core aligned resources! (support@mathniverse.com)

Teaching style

My goal as an elementary teacher is to guide my students to discover and build their own passions, become leaders, and grow their love of learning! I research different resources and strategies to help teach my students when they are feeling stuck on something. I spent 12+ years teaching in Los Angeles and taught students from Kindergarten to 4th grade. I also coached resident teachers for 3 years, I enjoyed sharing my knowledge and experience with aspiring teachers so that they could learn how to build their own systems and thrive in the classroom. Currently I teach in a K-2nd Special Day Class in Los Angeles County.

Awards & shining teacher moments

When a student has an Aha! moment and figures out how to solve a difficult problem or concept!
