Throughout my career as an educator, I have held the esteemed position of Mathematics Curriculum Coordinator at an Experiential Learning Centre in North East India. Over the past 12 years, I have had the privilege of working with various organizations, both governmental and learning foundations, serving as a Master Resource Person and Project Coordinator.
My teaching expertise lies in the fields of mathematics and computers, and I have been fortunate to teach a wide range of courses over the past 15 years. These courses include Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, PreCalculus, AP Calculus, SAT, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Computer Concepts. My teaching experience spans across different regions of India, providing me with exposure to diverse student populations and educational contexts.
One aspect of my teaching experience that sets it apart is my proficiency in virtual instruction and online learning. Through virtual platforms, I have had the opportunity to teach students from various parts of the world, including Australia, Canada, Germany, and the UK. I have worked closely with these international students, assisting them with their mathematics curriculum at different levels. This exposure has enriched my teaching practice by allowing me to incorporate global perspectives and foster cultural understanding within my classrooms.
Currently, I am engaged in teaching grades 9-12 students following the CIE curriculum. This curriculum offers a rigorous and internationally recognized framework that ensures students receive a comprehensive education in mathematics. As an educator, my aim is to provide students with a solid foundation in mathematical concepts and develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I strive to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment where students can actively engage with the subject matter and achieve their full potential.
