I had my students create their own, but then some couldn't read their own handwriting so I gave them one already filled in to keep in their binder. Students practice writing and evaluating simple algebraic expressions and then simplifying expressions using order of operations. An "order of operations triangle" is given as a visual for seeing just four levels in the order that we do operations (since multiply and divide are on the same level and add and subtract are on the same level).
