Bathroom Log
This bathroom log can be used in any classroom environment. Teachers can log student information, or have students fill out the log themselves.
There are two versions of the form. One geared for middle and high school where there are different class periods, and another geared for elementary levels.
Teachers will fill in the class roster under names, and as students use the log they will fill in the out time under the appropriate day of the week and the in time when they return to the classr

Behavior Tracking Form
The behavior tracker can be used as a tool for one student, or entire classes that you are trying to monitor.
You can use this tracker sheet as part of a classroom economy, student tracking for IEP and other purposes, or as a general tool to be consistent with classroom discipline and management.
Some general codes are included at the bottom of the sheet, but you can add additional codes that might be useful to you.

Experience

Teaching style
I encourage students to work cooperatively. A quiet classroom is not what you'll see with me. Students are moving, discussing, and helping each other learn and understand.

The greatest honor I have received is when a student comes back and tells me that what I taught them has helped them reach their goals after graduation.

My goal is to help teachers make math beautiful, interesting, and fun for their students. Each day I strive to work towards this goal in my classroom and I want to help others do the same!
