This is to help teach students how to keep track of incoming and outgoing expenses by keeping track of their "allowances" and spending. Then on Graduation Day they can see how much they have saved and worked in order to save and buy a big item. Fun game for a variety of ages. The size of your paper is the only thing holding you back from making a large game board. I suggest taking it to an office store to print on large paper.

Have your students list some skills they want to work on that year. Get your students to think about how they can help themselves reach those goals, as well as what input do they think they need from the teacher. Have students revisit these goals throughout the year, as a reminder of what they need to focus on.
