In this technology lab students will create calculators to solve problems involving quadratic functions. It is broken down into 4 parts. Part 1: Given coefficients a, b , and c of a quadratic function in standard form solve for discriminant, 2 roots, and coordinates of the vertex. Part 2: Given a,h, and k from an equation in vertex form transform the equation to standard form and solve for a,b, and c. Part 3: Given a vertex and another point solve for the a value in the vertex form Part 4: Give
