Decomposition of Functions (The Zombie Method)
Teach students to decompose functions through the use of this topic in the zombie apocalypse. This also includes a quick intro to composition of functions with word problems...and the connection to the zombie apocalypse!

Factoring Trinomials Scavenger Hunt
Students will travel around the room to find the solutions to factoring various trinomials. Good way to review before a quiz or just to reinforce factoring practice. More fun for students that sitting in their seats just doing a worksheet with factoring.
7th - 11th
Algebra, Algebra 2, PreCalculus
Test on Limits
Test from a pre-calculus introductory unit on limits. Test includes solving limits that approach infinity as well as real numbers. Also includes a section on interpreting a graph with limits and statements about limits.
Could be used as a review for a test as well.
