Here is a great School Bus Seating Chart Template that I created on Excel. You simply import the students' head shots from your District enrollment program, and then type in their names in the boxes shown. My transportation department loves this template, as it helps to substantially curb any behavior issues on the bus.

Here is a great spreadsheet form that I created to track student attendance on any standardized assessment you might be giving across your school. Such assessments might include: PARCC MAP ACUITY ACCESS Simply input student names, and duplicate tabs at the bottom of the page to add test proctors/administrators. My teachers keep track of students present and absent so that I readily know who needs to take a make-up test. All fields are editable so you can adjust the form as necessary for eac
