Weekly Warm-Up Page
Do you have your students do a "Warm-Up" or "Bell Ringer" at the start of each class to review the previous day's lesson or prep students for the lesson they are about to learn?
If so, here's a one page document where you can have students gather their warm-ups for the week. If you give grades for warm-ups, this is an easy way to collect and spot-check their work.

Weekly Homework Log
Get a quick idea of how much homework students did in a week and how well they did on it with this homework log!
I usually have students keep track of a week's worth of homework on this log, filling out the assignments, how much they completed of the assignment, and how much they got correct out of what they answered. I have them grade each assignment with a marker, so they can clearly see which ones they miss, and then staple the assignments together at the end of the week and turning in the

I am currently at Purdue University working towards my PhD in Mathematics Education in Curriculum and Instruction. I have a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and a Master of Education from Olivet Nazarene University.
Additional biographical information
I spent two years teaching in inner-city Houston to start my teaching career (with the support of Teach For America). I then taught 9 years in rural Indiana and now am working with students in an alternative environment.
