My name is Maxim. I've taught English in South Korea and Vietnam for over 15 years. While teaching English, it was not uncommon for us to use powerpoints for reviewing lesson materials. Back then, I've always used powerpoints made by other creators, but over time I started developing my own presentation templates and games. When designing powerpoints, my primary goal was always to make them easy to edit, since I sometimes only had several minutes to prepare powerpoint presentations for the upcoming class. The secondary goal was to make them entertaining and engaging for the students. As a consequence, my powerpoints contain a fair amount of multimedia content. This is a bit off topic, but creating a great powerpoint requires a fairly significant amount of talent, skill and time. Just like it is for an artist drawing a picture, creating powerpoints can become a form of obsession, as every element that you envision in your mind comes alive on the screen. That's what it felt like for me, back in the day. I sincerely hope you find my powerpoints useful during your lessons. PS.
