Bathroom pass that is math themed. Students will receive 5 passes per 9 weeks. When a pass is used, the teacher will hole punch one of the math circles. However many passes are left at the end of the 9 weeks, the student will receive that many bonus points on a test of their choosing. You can print and write student names or type them in and then print. Instructions will print on the back of each card for the students to refer back to.

Editable weekly attendance reward. You can change the rewards to add more or change the options. Each day a student is present put a sticker or a check in the box. Once they have all 5 completed they can redeem for the reward they choose.
