For over twelve years, Megan Bottoms has been developing leaders and improving organizations. Her mission is to educate and develop exceptional people and teams so they can cultivate better organizations. Megan has experience in the field of leadership and organizational training and development working with large and small teams alike. She has published several articles on supervision, performance management, and diversity. She believes that solid and ethical organizations can transform products and industries, but also change lives and communities.
Megan earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a pre-law concentration from Marian University, a Masters degree in Educational and Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville, and a Doctorate degree in administration and leadership with a focus on organizational behavior and human resources management from Indiana University and the Kelley School of Business. Megan is currently on the faculty at Riverside City College as an associate professor for leadership, as well as advising student government, and at Chapman University as lecturer in Leadership Studies.
