A powerpoint that includes great in-depth videos of each county in West Virginia, broken up by their tourist regions from the Youtube channel of Wayne Worth. KAHOOT! links are also included with each tourist region to test your students on their knowledge after watching the video. This is great to spread out over the course of a couple weeks for social studies!

I used this at the end of the year as an activity for the students to practice budgeting and spending money. They were given a "paycheck" and had to subtract their bills before finding everything on their shopping list. If they have money left over, they can choose other options listed. **You can change the budget allowed, depending on level of students and what you are teaching** I used $800 and they had a lot left over, so I recommend a lower price.
