This is a 16 question task card activity with a recording sheet for the students to show their work. This product CAN be differentiated very easily. For your lower students have them do the odd numbered questions. For your higher students have them do the even number questions. What makes this product UNIQUE is that the answer key allows you the teacher to know what misconceptions a student might have had if they get the wrong answer.

This is a 12 question task card activity designed to help your students write linear equations given a verbal description, table, or graph. Students will be asked to write equations in point slope form, slope intercept form, and standard form.
