This 24 question QR task card activity focuses on 5th grade STAAR standards of PEMDAS without exponents. One of the things I hate about PEMDAS is how easy it can be to practice it wrong. So I made these QRs to link to VIDEOS not just answers!! This videos are about 1 minute each and are great to ensure that the students are not practicing it wrong!! Also, the recording sheet is with STAAR griddables!! Have your students practice how to grid answers as well with this amazing product!!

This activity is designed to help students understand how to create a strip diagram. It is best used as an intro into strip diagrams because it allows for the students to understand the 'thinking' process behind making a strip diagram. I hope you like this resource!!! I welcome any feedback!!

This activity is modeled after the Name It activity from Lead4ward. It is designed to help students model thinking while solving multistep problems. The answer bank allows students to VISUALLY see the thinking a teacher does when he/she makes a strip diagram for a multistep problem. I designed this lesson to help students understand the thinking that goes into a multistep problem. The students are supplied with a thinking bubble and an answer bank. The student must READ the word problem and figure out what each number means. This lesson is great for students who struggle with the thinking behind a word problem. I would love your feedback.

This product is completely student driven. The student scans the QR and watches a quick 5 minute instructional video then answers the 6 STAAR like questions on the back to prove mastery. I use this product as a reteach piece for students who are struggling. I hope you like my product!!!

This Bingo is designed to use as an introduction for students to quickly remember the rules of multiplying by a decimal. The lesson is a powerpoint that displays questions such as 1.2 x 3.7. The next slide then circles the 2 and 7 to show students that there are 2 numbers behind the decimal so there must be 2 numbers behind the decimal in the answer. The powerpoint also has 10 bingo cards you can print and use. Hope you like it :)

This activity is great for RETEACHING or FLIPPED Classroom of 6.3B. There is a 8 minute teach piece video and then 4 questions where students apply their knowledge.

This slide show is designed to be similar to a 4 corners activity. The teacher prints out letters A-F and tapes them to the wall. The teacher then displays the first slide that features 6 different superheroes. The students go to the corresponding letter of their favorite superhero.
