Mega Measurement Lab (Length, Mass, Volume, Temperature)
In this activity, students will have the opportunity to learn four different types of measurements in a hands-on lab! This lab kicks off with some metric conversion review. Then it conquers: Length: students will use a meter stick / metric ruler to measure the length of every day objectsMass: students will use a triple-beam balance to determine the mass of classroom itemsVolume: students will decode a secret phrase by determining the volume of liquids and solids (using displacement).Temperature:
