Student Interview two people about their professions. They choose a career and do research about its education and salary. They create a budget based on that salary. I use the median income for the area of the school as an example. They categorize their expenses and create a pie chart for it.

I use this to keep track of my students grades. Works better for middle/high school because its one class and allows a few grades per day.
