Meg Riddle

With 14 years of experience teaching in early childhood classrooms, I have built a strong foundation supporting students in grades K–2 during their most critical years of academic and social development. My work has focused on fostering literacy, nurturing curiosity, and creating inclusive, engaging learning environments where all students can thrive. I now serve as an ENL (English as a New Language) teacher for students in PreK through 8th grade, where I support a diverse range of learners in developing language proficiency alongside academic skills.

My teaching style is rooted in hands-on, active learning that keeps students engaged and excited about their education. I believe students learn best by doing—through interactive lessons, collaborative activities, and real-world connections that make learning meaningful. Whether it’s through small group work, movement, visuals, or guided exploration, I create opportunities for students to actively participate and take ownership of their learning. This approach not only builds understanding, but also fosters confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning in every student.
