With 8 years of classroom and leadership experience, I have served as an instructional coach, department head, and curriculum planner. I hold a Master’s in Educational Leadership and earned TIA state recognition for driving student growth.
Over the past 6 years, I have built and refined math resources to support teachers and empower students to succeed. I am passionate about creating meaningful practice opportunities that help students build confidence and mastery in the classroom.

FREE Multiplication Grid
This free multiplication grid and times table helps students build fluency with basic multiplication facts. Use it 2–3 times a week as a bell ringer to support struggling learners, reinforce math skills, and build confidence. When used consistently in instruction, it may also serve as a supplemental aid on the STAAR test.

Teaching style
My teaching style focuses on meeting students where they are and building them up toward grade-level mastery. I work to connect what students already know to new concepts, helping them grow confidence step-by-step.
I believe in using probing questions and guided discussions to encourage students to think critically and make their own connections. My goal is to create a learning environment where students feel supported, challenged, and capable of success.
