The goal of these task cards are to have the students find the part unknown in an addition problem, or to find the answer unknown in an addition problem. Students will use the task cards to answer addition questions to become mathematically fluent in sums to 10.

Engage your students using real world images to get them to think critically and make connections in relationships to attributes of polygons, then apply area of polygons. This bundle includes both attributes of polygons, as well as area of polygons. Instructions for each are included, as well as a list of possible discussion questions. Could be used as a daily warm up/number talk type lesson, as task cards, or a scoot activity-just depends on how you want to structure your lesson.
