About the store
Hi and thank you for visiting my page! I have been in the field of early childhood special education (ECSE) for over 10 years. I started as an instructional assistant, taught self-contained for 7 years, and now work as an itinerant ECSE teacher working with pre-k students in inclusive settings. I love being able to support my students alongside their typical peers! My specialties are autism as well as teaching social skills and self-regulation. I hope I can make your special education journey a little easier with resources to help all students with fine motor, cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral needs!

This is an introduction to firefighters and how they help our community. This is a wonderful receptive language tool for students who don't have a lot of expressive language. Ask them to "point to the ____" There is a "yay" sound in the top right corner to press when students get the prompt correct. Practice identifying firefighter tools, small/big, and some simple counting. Great for ECSE.

This is a wonderful resource for preschool and kindergarten students (or any age learning their alphabet)! These play-doh mats have both a capital and lowercase letter for the entire alphabet. It also includes super cute clipart of an animal/object for each letter. Mats are 9 1/2 by 5 inches for each letter. Simply print and laminate! Great to use as a fine motor/letter recognition with play-doh or post around your classroom/house.

This is a very simple receptive language activity for special education students with severe impairments. Simply ask the student to "touch the square," "count the squares," and "touch the (small, medium, big) square" this is a great resource for young children with expressive language delays. I used this for online learning for my special education preschool class.
