I have been teaching for 8 years. My first love is early childhood education. There's nothing better than creating fun and engaging resources for my students. I'm here to share those resources with you! ❤️
This resource is perfect for back to school or parent/student orientations! Print out in color and pass out to parents you are meeting for the first time or simply edit and post the document on class dojo for new parents to see! It is an editable PowerPoint document. The first template is in English and the second one is in Spanish. This is perfect for those of us who teach diverse language learners!
Engage your students in an end of year slime party. This special resource comes equipped with an engaging slime video and directions for making the best slime ever before ending the school year. Feel free to edit the presentation to accommodate the ingredients your students will use to make their slime!
Engage your students in a fun and engaging end of year "s'more" themed celebration. Your students will giggle at this witty title. Show your students your favorite memories of them and at the end, ensure you have the ingredients to make s'mores with them!
Get out a bag of skittles, or pass out mini bags of skittles to your students. Ask them to pick one skittle from your communal bag or their own individual bag. Call on students one by one to answer the question that corresponds with their color. If you have a more advanced group of students, they may turn and talk to a friend about their corresponding question instead. Once done, students can enjoy their first day of school treat!
This independent resource can be used after reading a decodable or guided reading book in small groups. Create a sentence with your students. Rearrange the sentence within the cut out boxes, focusing on skills your students have been working on. Students will cut and paste the sentence in the correct order, practice their handwriting by rewriting the sentence, and draw a picture to show their sentence.
These cute little tags are the perfect addition to add on any 100th day of school treat! This resource is easy to prep! You simply print the labels, cut them out, and stop or tape them onto a bag of 100th day of school treats! Your students will love them.
