This is an accommodation log I created to keep track of the accommodations my students are receiving on a daily basis. I distributed one to each of the students general education teachers at the beginning of the year and asked that they fill it out each week and then submit them to me. This google sheet will help keep your caseload information organized as well as provide a one stop shop for data organization. On this sheet you can keep track of student attendance & progress on goals as well as write notes about services you are providing. Create a tab for each student on your caseload then copy/paste their annual goals with objectives. For each session you can track the time, date, which objective you worked on, progress on that objective, as well as enter in your own notes

Use these scenarios to discuss democratic values in the setting of a fictional school. Students could complete this in small groups or teachers could use them in whole group discussion. Students then have an opportunity to write a letter to the principal of the fictional school explaining their position. You could upload screenshots of the images to Seesaw or google classroom for a digital learning option

Smart board activity that gets the class involved with number recognition, students try to identify number correctly, if they get it right the number spins. Also, last few slides students answer audibly and then can touch the number to hear it's name. Great way to practice numbers 11-14

Printable notebook covers for your student's reading and writing notebooks. These are black and white but I printed them on colored paper for my own students to make them stand out.

Fun Halloween Bingo Game for students to play via Google Slides. Bingo Board slides can be duplicated so each student has their own. Each slide comes with digital counters. The game boards also come with a slideshow for teachers to screen share as they call different spaces - slides can be shuffled manually for multiple rounds of play.

Are you looking for a way for your students to stay accountable while reading chapter books? This note-taking sheet provides prompts for your student to respond to while they read. I love using this for students during book clubs so they can come to the club prepared with things to talk about! This sheet is generic enough that it should work for any chapter book.

Students can use these notetaking sheets to deepen their research and learning about natural disasters. These note-taking sheets work with any natural disaster your student wants to learn about. They provide some guiding questions (what causes it, where does it occur, what is the damage, and how do people prepare).
