Are you looking for a way for your students to stay accountable while reading chapter books? This note-taking sheet provides prompts for your student to respond to while they read. I love using this for students during book clubs so they can come to the club prepared with things to talk about! This sheet is generic enough that it should work for any chapter book.
Students can use these notetaking sheets to deepen their research and learning about natural disasters. These note-taking sheets work with any natural disaster your student wants to learn about. There is a section where students identify key vocabulary as well as graphic organizers for students to plan a paragraph using main idea and supporting details.
