This student behavior notice can be used as a way to inform parents of the choices their child is making inside the classroom. It is written in a friendly format and has a place for classroom DOJO points to be added. This is a wonderful way to keep track of behavior and parent contact. It also puts responsibility on the student and requires them to take ownership for their actions.
