There is a section to write the day you used the diagnostic tool as well as a section for you to puts notes such as, approaching grade level, completed with difficulty etc.

My own education history
Studied Mathematics at St. Francis Xavier University where I also earned my Bachelor of Education. I am currently enrolled in a Master of Education with a focus in literacy to add literacy to my Math curriculum.
