Fight, Flight, or Freeze! Reduce anxiety for testing success!
This is a one hour workshop created for and presented to elementary and secondary teachers to help them teach their students to recognize test anxiety and then reduce it ON testing day.
My own student scores increased about 20% after I began using this program.

My own education history
Returned to college at age 43 to finish my degree from the 70s and earn a teaching credential; then earned a MAEd in 2003.
My background in banking, construction, and the oilfield gives me another area to draw from for content.
Additional biographical information
I enjoy teaching at the same high school I graduated from 40+ years ago. I live in the neighborhood and see many dozens of my former students regularly, which is just another great payoff for teaching.
