This resource is designed to assist students and parents home interactions with homework. We all have had a student who struggles to remember their homework even if it is written down in their assignment notebook. I created this resource to engage parents with their students homework and studying! The students fill out this form in school (or the teacher can) and bring it home every night. After they have finished their work or studying, a parent can sign this to show that they know their child

This form can used to help with classroom management. Students can create goals for each week to review together. At the end of the week students can see if they met their goal and then also create a goal for the next week based on their performance this week. This resource is only for the month of September. I will be putting up a resource for the whole year :)
