I am always searching for the next best thing to help with organization, and I came up with this. If you like to organize your data by nine weeks, then here is an idea. It's also good for the therapist who likes to take data once weekly, for students who might only attend once a week, and for therapist who may have a separate system for keeping up with attendance.
