A fun and sassy middle school teacher, turned SPED assistant principal. Sharing my resources and experiences!
Teaching style
My teaching style is unique. I hold my students to high expectations, but work really hard to build great relationships in order to hold them to those expectations. During class instruction I am goofy, and upbeat. We move swiftly in order to complete all our standards in different content areas. I try to create work that keeps them engaged and help meet them where they are at and adapt to their unique style.
My own education history
My undergraduate degree is in neuroscience, with some published research articles. I completed my masters at East Tennessee State University. In 2024 I completed my second masters in special education and wrote a thesis with a focus on students with Autism.
