About the store
I am heading into my 10th year of teaching math (two years of math & science). I have worked closely with 4th-7th grade from long term subbing and student teaching placements. I worked in many different types of schools, which I believe is an advantage of making resources to reach the needs of various different learners out there!
Different Roles:
- Four years 6th grade Math (with combo of 2 years science)
- Two years worked as an EC Math teacher (6th-8th)
- Four Years 7th Grade Math (taught multiple grade levels at once)

6th Grade Math Vocabulary BINGO (The Number System)
This is a great way to test your student's knowledge for vocabulary in Math! Although this is geared towards 6th grade it can be great review for 7th and 8th grade too!
There are 30 Bingo boards and Definition Cards to use for the game! Feel free to use the definition cards or you can always make your own!

7th Grade Math Posters
In my classroom I used the size 11in x 17in, but I attached an 8.5 x 11in copy as well. These posters are part of a collection for a boho inspired classroom. All the other posters are located at my store! My students loved using these as mini anchor charts as they worked on standards throughout the year! Ratio Cookie Challenge Lesson
This is a fun interactive activity for students to explore ratios in real life situations. Students must figure out how to make and solve ratios to help bake cookies for the class. (Optional- Last slide mentions a surprise- I made cookies for my students) This lesson comes with the following: - Powerpoint (notes) - Full Lesson Plan- (Main lesson in the middle) - Worksheet- goes with the powerpoint.

Teaching style
I find students enjoy learning when it can be hands-on. Creating more group/ PBL based learning materials has worked tremendously in my classroom.

My own education history
I currently have my Bachelors in (K-6) Elementary Education and a Masters in Special Education (K-6). Having insight on both the general education curriculum as well as modifying material materials to meet the needs of my students, I have been able to help many students reach mastery in my classroom.
During my 6th year of teaching, I studied and got certified in 7-9 Mathematics.
